Absolutely amazing hotel located really close to great restaurants bourbon street, the Superdome and the Riverwalk, Harrah's Casino, and French Quarters. A wide range of goodies for breakfast. The rooms s in the bedrooms. Helpful and kind staff, always with a smile. Perfect, favourable location nice close enough to everything. Besides, excellent for visiting Yesteryear Village.

Strong cigarette smoke smell upon arrival!!! Responsive management needed for room change requests!!! Bathroom missing hooks for clothes and towels, along with a safety grab bar!!! Loud noise from nearby bar could disrupt sleep!!!

Spacious Stay but Noisy Nights

Our two-bedroom apartment was impressively spacious and well-appointed, perfect for family comfort. The kitchen was a standout, great to prepare meals easily.

Unfortunately, we experienced persistent noise from a nearby bar, difficult to get restful sleep at night. A few minor maintenance issues were also present, like loose cabinet handles.

I really thought this place might be decent, but the awful smell from lobby restrooms was just terrible. I mean, couldn't they get it cleaned more regularly? And the coffee supplies were pitiful, to say the least. I woudl ve been okay with an upgrade as compensation for these inconveniences, but apparently, that's too much to ask.

The apartment was really cozy and quiet, perfect for winding down after busy days. I loved having a fridge and coffee machine handy, and the flat-screen TV made for great movie nights. Plus, being a short walk from everything was such a bonus.

The pullout sofa wasn't very comfortable; others might not mind it, but it was a bit tough for my family.

The hotel is super quiet, with spacious rooms equipped with all the necessary amenities. Being just a short walk from the French Quarter made it convenient for us. The communication with the staff was excellent, always prompt and helpful.
